#3: 10 GHD Sit-Ups + 60 Double Unders + 10 GHD Sit-ups
- *Looking for unbroken muscle ups and 40’ handstand walk sections with at least 30 seconds of rest each interval
- *1 Shuttle Run = 40’ Down + 40’ Back
