#1: 7/5 Bar Muscle-ups + 10 Burpee to a 6” touch + 5/3 Bar Muscle Ups

#2: 80’ Handstand walk + 5 x 80’ Shuttle runs + 40’ Handstand walk

#3: 10 GHD Sit-Ups + 60 Double Unders + 10 GHD Sit-ups

  • *Looking for unbroken muscle ups and 40’ handstand walk sections with at least 30 seconds of rest each interval
  • *1 Shuttle Run = 40’ Down + 40’ Back
