Double kettlebell swings are tough! With an influx of newcomers we took some extra time to review and practice this seldom used but awesome exercise! Built in rest kept the workout really intense the entire time!

– Score lowest round total of all three exercises
-so if row 16 cal, 17 swings, 4 turkish get-ups was my worst round my score would be 37
