August 25th

Our programming lined up with the Crossfit mainsite today and the benchmark Nancy was the workout today! Many of our athletes made big strides on the tricky overhead squat today adding more range of motion and load to the lift. During the workout our 500 meter laps made a 20 minute cap tight. Most of our athletes were in for a fight to stay under! Great overall work by each class.
