This workout gave people a real challenge. Requiring that the bar was picked up from the ground vs. the rack changes the mental approach when your tired. Hurt a little bit longer and finish the set or put it down, breath, but now i have to explode to get it back up. Chest to bar pull-ups are always a good test, and remember to take care of your hands, buy a callous remover and/or some gloves to let them heal up. Great effort from all groups today.
