August 22nd

Today’s workout was a little different and forced athletes to attack it if the wanted to score well! The WOD included broad jumps and favored taller longer legged athletes which isn’t always common in Crossfit workouts! When the clock buzzed at the end almost everyone immediately took a seat to catch their breath!
