August 20th

It was a fun, sweaty Saturday partner workout including some new movements. Quick lateral shuffles, tire flips and even bear crawls with dumbbells in hands. Everyone pushed each other to the max and left it all out there. Great job to all who came out!!

WOD
AMRAP #1
4 minutes
7- burpees
1- suicide run

(1 minute rest- partners switch movements and repeat 4 minute AMRAP #1)

AMRAP #2
4 minutes
7- Ground to overhead (95/65)
1- Bear crawl 10m: dumbbell grip (35/20)

(1 minute rest- partners switch movements and repeat 4 minute AMRAP #2)

AMRAP #3
7- End of bar shuffles (touch each end of bar= 1 rep)
1- Partner tire flip (700lbs)

AMRAP’s #3 is done once, both partners perform 7 bar shuffles each, then flip tire
