August 19th

If there was one thing people learned today it was that running backwards burns your quads!! The workout was a good mix of two rarely used movements bent over row and backwards running. Bigger stronger athletes moved quickly through the weighting and slower on the runs, while lighter runners were the opposite! It was alot of fun to watch Kevin and Bob trade leds back and forth in the 5:30 group with two totally different strengths! Awesome energy in the gym today!!!
