Todays workout was a very cool and creative Graham Holmberg ! Interval timed deadlifts, kettlebell swings, and rope climbs strengthen and tested everyone grip! Mike Tarnapoll closed the show in epic fashion on his last day, before he leaves for college. He did 100 kettlebell swings unbroken and finished the workout with today’s best time of 6:50! Mike hit an unreal training stride, that should have him primed and ready for crew at Cornell! Good luck buddy were going to miss you!

Deadlift- 12×2
-5 minute ramp-up
– Choose one weight to hit all 24 lifts with
– Two lifts every 30 seconds
-no touch and go, all singles

WOD
For time
100 Kettlebell swings
– 7 Burpee penalty for every drop or pause
10 Rope climbs 12.5″ rope
– 15 Minute cap
– Score all work done under the cap if you didn’t finish under 15 minutes
