Our session’s today were focused on pressing technique and set-up. The strength session called for athletes to establish a three rep max push press. 18 year old Mike T impressively hit a set with 255!!! The workout was tricky and didn’t leave much room for error. If you went out too fast you weren’t able to score, if you went out to slow you didn’t have time to score. It was one of those workout’s where technique was very important in order to hit lifts under a high heart rate.
