Other then missing some shoulder presses, this is a great “Fran prep” workout. Moderate weighted front squats and chest to bar pull-ups. It seems that the new schedule is working out well and keeping the classes all packed with intensity. Rogue Yoga had its first session on a weeknight and it was a huge success. Many stayed after the 6:30pm class, tried out the yoga and tapped into some tight trouble areas. Great day at Rogue!
