March 21st

Heavy pulling and light pushing was the theme today. Each class started out with a deadlift strength session followed by a nasty little burpee/ push-up combo. Athletes flew through the first 5-7 rounds of the workout then began to struggle as the lactic acid started to build up. With partners judging and counting rounds the intensity was high during this short 3-7 minute burner! Great start to the week!
