Update: The Crossfit Open week 1 has been extended through the week. They will not be posting a new workout until next Tuesday. You can attempt to do the workout again if you choose. However do not obsess over one workout, and let it hinder your normal training. The new schedule starts tomorrow so classes will start at 4:30 instead of 5 pm.

Nobody in class expected a 30 minute AMRAP but that what they got. Swings, dumbbell push press, air squats and running kept athletes in a fight to hold a steady pace for a long time! That is Josh Potzmantir’s game and he crushed the workout finishing with 12 complete rounds!
