Game on!! 3…2…1… GO! The intensity was insane all day long at Rogue Fitness CrossFit Gahanna with the sectional WOD being the main event. It was a great turnout through all the classes and we had some impressive scores being put out. Savanna Wilson, Heather Welsh and Erica Drennen have all helped the women’s side of the scoring for the Central East Regional Team Berth by putting up top 10 performances!! Amazing effort from everyone, now rest up, keep working your weaknesses and be ready to go tomorrow and next week!!
