With sectionals upon us, skill work is becoming more and more important. We put our athletes to the test today with a competition style workout demanding full range of motion on the OHS and the ever so popular “burpees”. Tomorrow should be a good skill based workout with a little of conditioning but we want to you to be fresh and ready to rock Thursday when we program the sectional week 1 workout!
