Power clean 95/65
Front squat
High hang clean (squat)
Hang clean (above knee)

Weightlifting

15 minutes ramp up to a heavy clean and split jerk

Clean and Jerk (20 x 1)

After establishing a heavy clean and jerk for the day back off to 80% and take one lift every minute on the minute for 20 minutes.
