1- front squat (after 2nd power clean)
*these are NOT touch and go
*re-set and tight before each lift
*increase loads every 3 sets
Conditioning (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Every minute on the minute perform;
7- deadlifts (135/85)
11- burpees
10 minute CAP
Finish as fast as possible and rest remainder of minute
*If you cannot complete reps inside minute you are done.
