Grip and mid-line here we go!! Although this workout called for a simple eye level swing and low rep toes to bar and box jump triplet. It was a wolf in sheep’s clothing 🙂 Great push from all classes today, get your mind right for OPEN WOD 12.2 coming at you this Saturday at 10am or 11am.
