October 5th

Today’s workout looked alot easier on the board than it did in the middle of the workout. Turkish get-ups paired with 2 for 1 wallball created a gnarly workout. The range of motion required on both exercises made each rep of the workout very tough. This workout has a very unique feel to it, try this one at home if you get a chance!

20- 2 for 1 wallball ( squat and throw ball to 10 foot target, while the ball is in mid air squat again and catch the ball standing up) 20/14
