September 9th

Today’s workout was a big gut check for alot of our athletes. Five burpees on the minute gave this workout a similar feel to the sectional “Air Force WOD”. The longer it took the harder it. One of our athletes Cameron came back from the dead around the 19th minute, started hitting his burpees faster and chipping away at his overhead squats. He made the difficult decision to push harder when he could have tapped out! Great job Cam!
