Feburary 4th

Todays workouts and strength and conditioning session were awesome! Athletes completed a barbell complex during the skill portion of our workouts today consisting of power cleans, push press, back squat and shoulder press. The workout was a an interesting blend of dumbbell thrusters, and Cindy rounds. Chad, Mike, and Dave all had amazing performances in the gym today! Chad added 80 lbs to his total and had the fastest time on the workout in his class. Mike did a legit 3:10 Fran during strength and conditioning at 16 years old, pretty amazing!
