Athletes were a little confused when they didn’t start the WOD today with the traditional 3..2..1..GO! Instead we took a break from met-con and tapped into core, chest, grip, power, and explosiveness. We started out with some skill and core stabilization work with 3 sets of max ring pushups. Working on those rings will definitely test your strength and balance.

Impressive job today across the board with improvement on clean technique and explosiveness. That last set of 3 hang power cleans were a battle for everyone!
