Febuary 2nd

Todays workout was all about shocking the body as every movement we worked on had a high degree of difficulty. After our warm-up each class went through a muscle up progression on the rings. Todd and Chris each got their first one in the 5:30 class! The workout was very intense consisting of front squats, ring dips, and one arm burpees. Gasping and grunts were common throughout the workout as each athlete struggled through each round of this super challenging workout.
