Athletes shot out the gates today banging out the first round of deadlifts, ripping off box jumps, and slamming D-balls so hard the guts were coming out. This is why you come to ROGUE, this is why you Crossfit. The floor and walls were shaking when those weights hit the bottom. Try this WOD at your normal Globo gym and see if you can complete 2 rounds before getting kicked out!

Way to battle the workout everyone, those heavy deadlifts definitely take a toll on your wind and explosiveness. Get some rest! We want you here tomorrow. We challenge you to come everyday this week… who’s coming?
