“Rogue Madness”

Today we put our athletes to the test! Balance, core, explosiveness, strength, endurance, and strategy. Basically, how good are you at Crossfit? The workout design allowed athletes to pick and choose a way to reach 1000 points. Each exercise carries a point value, from basic air squats all the way to climbing a rope. It was great to see how athletes went about the WOD and tallied their score to reach the goal.

6:30 Strength and conditioning was packed today with athletes preparing for the 2010 Midwest Sectionals! Keep up the hard work to all, we saw a lot of progress on muscle-ups and powerlifts.
