April 21, 2018 Sunday Games Training Rest Day #Repost @joey_toto with @get_repost γ»γ»γ» πββοΈ RUN! πββοΈ. . . We donβt just lift weights! We run and we run A LOT. Last week @theactivept discovered that I run like a complete weirdo. I was landing on the outside of my feet and then my left foot would cross almost completely behind my right leg. Iβve been told I run crooked but have never seen it. . . The solution was a bigger emphasis on my warm ups and being more cognizant of my feet while I was running. Filming my intervals helped me pinpoint what need the most attention. . . My warmup include some of the basics but what really helped oddly enough was the hopping. During these the goal was to make as little noise as possible and not landing on the outside of my foot.
