September 12th

Today’s workout is an old mainsite WOD that left a lasting impression on me when I did it last year. Squats, kettlebell overhead lunges, and burpees all mix up into one nasty workout. This workout got one of the best pushes I’ve seen out of each class in long time! Great way to open up the week!
