September 8th
Today was a a nice a change of pace from what we’ve had the past month or so. Turkish get ups are a fun break from the typical oly or power lifting session, but provide a full body and challenging movement to master with load. The workout was all about explosive endurance. High rep KB swings and box jumps are a great combination and this rep scheme is just enough to make it hurt 🙂
