May 4th

Today we tested how well an athlete could reset the go signal! After a short warm-up athletes had to attack three workouts. 100 wallball for time, a 2k row, and 800m run w/ 50 hand release push-ups! Short rest periods between workouts make it just as hard to menatlly bring yourself back up as it is physically! 2011 Crossfit Open Champion Dan Bailey was in attendance today! Dan recently moved to Columbus and with Graham, Dan, and Dave all pushing each other I expect to see Crossfit training and the sport of Crossfit pushed to a level it’s never seen before behind our doors!
