It was a packed house all day long. Intensity, big lifts and lots of sit ups was the theme for the workout. Rumor has it Larry Miller was pulling 500lbs easy during the 12noon class. Remember to take some extra time at home to stretch the hamstrings and back. See you tomorrow, we have a great workout lined up 🙂
