April 30th

It was another fun Saturday morning workout at Rogue Fitness CrossFit Gahanna. The skill included handstand practice which was a great time and helped some get into their first handstand’s against the wall. The workout was a mental challenge and the fight against muscle fatigue/failure. Prepare for more outdoors workouts as we head in to the month of May and some nice weather!

Remember, Sunday at 3pm Hoover Dam. Savanna will be holding a yoga session and some trail hiking. All donations and proceeds will go towards “Save the Children” Japan Community Challenge. See you there!

10- minutes
KB Overhead Squat (complete max reps on 1 arm until failure…. then run 150m and then start max reps opposite arm)
5- minutes
Box Jumps
3- minutes
Pushups
2- minutes
Sit-ups
1- minute
Burpees

*Score is total repetitions
*Use a continuous clock (21 minutes, no rest or transition time between exercises)
