October 26th

Todays workout is a take on the team WOD Graham and I did at the coaches prep cert a few weeks ago. Push jerks and ab-mat sit up create an interesting combination that slowly takes out your mid-line as well as your shoulders. Tornado sirens and rain forced the workout inside for the second half of the day and running was replaced with rowing.

10 Minutes- 3 Kettlebell clean+ front squats for load

As many reps as possible of
Push Jerk 115/75
* 15 ab-mat sit ups after every drop
* Weight is taken from the floor
* Score total push jerks
