October 20th

Having experience and knowing how to game a tabata was clear advantage in todays workout. Less explosive endurance athletes faired very well in this test of muscular endurance! We had some fun classes today, big group at noon, and all girls group at 5!

WOD
Tabata- 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals
Row- calories
Squats
Pull-ups
Sit-ups
Box jumps
* Score lowest interval for each exercise, total the scores at the end
* Rest one minute between exercises
