October 18th

Todays workout was a great test of total body muscular endurance. The first round of the workout was fast, but as hand release push-ups burnt out, and people started taking more time to think about the rope climbs the workout slowed way down. Many athletes did rope climbs in a WOD for the first time today, great performances in every class!
