Febuary 13th

Today we had some awesome visitors come up from Firebreather fitness in West Virgina, and helped crank up the intensity during todays team workout! Team of three battled through high rep weight lifting, box jumps, and wall climbs. The team work and encouragement was amazing today as Rogue and Firebreather athletes pushed each other to their limits! Three teams finshed within 10 seconds of each other! After class with some helpful hints from trainer Graham Holmberg, Jay from Firebreather Fitness got his first muscle up! Then did about 10 more! He looks ready to rock the masters division at the games this year!

Teams of three
only two can work at the same time
25 burpees from each member to kick the workout off before they can move on
150 thrusters 75/45
150 sumo deadlift high pulls 75/45
150 box jumps
150 Ground to overhead
30 Wall climbs
each member does 25 burpees and call out time when everybody is done.
