Febuary 12th

Todays workouts started a little bit more laid back after a maximum intensity bench mark workout yesterday. After a strength focus involving weighted parallete push-ups and barbell rollouts. It was time to turn the intensity back on! Our athletes got a good push during a really mentally challenging workout!

Strength-
5×10 parallete push ups
5×5 barbell rollouts

WOD- Start on burpees 12, lunge 10 yards, renegade rows 24, lunge 10 yards burpees 10…….
