March 3rd

The Rogue athletes were put to the test today with high rep ground to overhead and walking on their hands. Good core control and shoulder stability played a huge part on getting through the big sets of wall climbs. Brian McCombs set the pace from the start and never looked back completing the WOD first and doing so Rx’d!
