January 21th

I haven’t seen our groups sweat this much all winter. The 20 minute amrap of 24 globlet squats, 16 kettlebell juggles, and 8 turkish get-ups had our classes in perpetual motion. Intensity was good especially the last 5 minutes of each session as the athletes tried to get one or more final rounds in with an end in sight!
