Technique is extremely important. It becomes more important as you get tired both physically and mentally. Our workout put our athletes to the test on a barbell complex/pushup combo. The first few rounds of the workout seem fairly easy and move quick, but soon the pushups became the battle. Our 5:30 class brought some noise packing the gym with 16 people and barbell madness! Awesome work!
