Today we revisited “the Manmaker Complex”! Anyone who remembered this workout knew they were in for a brutal test of strength and muscular endurance. Moving weight through a huge range of motion for 15 straight minutes is brutal. Added was the standard of no squat cleans, and no thrusters which segmented the complex further and extended the period of time the weight was on your body. It was great to see athletes digging deep during the workout and getting themselves stronger in the process!
