November 5th

Even though the weather was dreary, our workout had a really fun vibe. The warm-up consisted of movements like skin the cat and rope climbs in a looser format than usual. The WOD was an exciting chipper. Each movement kept athletes off balance but gave them a chance to change it up consistently the entire workout! Great push from all the classes today!
