October 14th

After a short fast workout yesterday with benchmark girl “Diane” we decided to stretch out those legs and lungs. We sent our athletes on a 1.5mile run up the road followed by 75 pull-ups when they got back. We have done this WOD before and found it to be a great test of endurance as well as skill. Those with solid kipping or butterfly pull-ups could make up some serious time after the run. Oh yeah, the double KB clean Tabata warm-up was a good challenge as well 🙂
