October 12th

A day off of the clock is good to do. We gave our athletes a chance to focus on lifting heavy loads from the front rack position and find a new 3 rep max. Just to make sure you didn’t walk out of the gym out of breath, we added a 500m row for time challenge. Anthony Torres pulled his way to a new PR 1:27.9! Be sure to get back in tomorrow, we have an awesome workout lined up.
