October 8th

Classes were packed full of athletes and intensity today! The workout had alot of volume with lower power movements that kept athletes moving. There were so many sweat angels we had to mop the floor twice! Graham and I are off to coaches prep this weekend the blog will be updated again starting Monday! Saturday classes are normal, Dave Ulmer will be running them! Sunday is Savanna’s Rogue Yoga grand opening! The doors open at 4 pm with a raffle and prizes, then a free class kicks off at 5 pm!

“Death By Pull-ups”
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.
