It was an awesome day to be at Rogue Fitness! We had some athletes hitting some big lifts on the power snatch… Jake Fanning-185, Phil Tassi-185, Thomas Welsh-180, Dawn Elsea-120, Savanna Wilson-90 (PR). We added a few new members to the muscle up club, Bob Carleton and only our 3rd girl in the gym to get one, Heather Welsh!!!
The workout was a test of explosive endurance, there is no pacing to this workout. Great work today Rogue athletes!
