400m Medball Run (20/14) (200m Each)

  • Partners alternate every 250m on rower
  • Partners may divide burpees anyhow
  • Partners tag each next and trade ball if using the same one after a 200m run
  • Score rounds + reps after row, every 50m on the run counts as 1 rep
