8 Strict Pull-ups
8 Box Jumps, 36″
12 Kettlebell Swings, 2 pood
Men 45lbs + 25lbs plate on 30″ box
Women 28″ Box 45 lbs plate on 24″ box
Women use 44 lbs KB

Scale as needed
Use kipping pull-ups or banded strict

Regional athletes

Rest 15 Minutes
work up to a heavy 1rm split jerk
then take 1 lift on the minute @70% for 20 minutes

Split Jerk (Establish 1 rep max in 15 minutes)
