Odd rounds 3 Push jerk
Even rounds 10 Front rack lunges
– Lock in loading for both lifts

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

As many rounds an reps as possible in 12 minutes
50 Burpee jump and touch 6″ target above standing reach
25 Shoulder to overhead 135/95
10 Muscle-ups ( sub 15 chest to bar pull-ups + 15 dips)
