Today’s skill work helped alot of our athletes feel where the bottom of their squat is. On Monday some of our athletes had trouble coming out of the bottom of their clean or weren’t confident riding weight all the way down. Today’s skill work forced us to sit down in the hole multiple times on each rep! Check out the video below for explanation!

50 Burpees
then as many reps as possible of alternating box step-ups 24/20
