Fighting through workouts is always a mental challenge. But when you are required to keep weight on you the whole time it is that much tougher. Today’s WOD was similar to benchmark workout called “DT”. However, this workout required squats and DT does not. Be sure to check out the videos below to see the hang power clean, front squat and push press/jerk done properly. Watching these videos will help you to better understand the movement and allow you to build on your technique.

1- front squat
1- push press or push jerk

*complete the set every :60 seconds
