The energy in the gym was great today! Ton’s of athletes set new Pr’s on their deadlift yesterday and were full of confidence heading into today’s workout. The skill and WOD were a nice change of pace and put an emphasis on core and grip strength! Graham was also all over Crossfit today on the Games site, facebook, and Crossfit radio!
